Yes. It is a focused consulting engagement with defined work and concrete deliverables—not a free, broad review. Scope and investment are agreed before the work begins.

What do we receive?

You receive a current-state workflow map, a friction and risk analysis, a prioritized future-state design, and an implementation roadmap for the workflow in scope.

Do we have to hire Bluff City Digital to implement the roadmap?

No. Your team can implement it internally, take it to another provider, or engage Bluff City Digital for a defined workflow transformation.

Will you replace our current software?
